Hawzah News Agency- In a speech marking the operation's third anniversary, Sayyed al-Houthi said its consequences offered a measure of the Arab and Muslim nation's position toward Palestine and underscored its responsibility toward the Palestinian cause and the Israeli occupation.
Sayyed al-Houthi hailed Al-Aqsa Storm as a successful operation that opened a new horizon for the Arab and Muslim Ummah and demonstrated the Palestinian people's ability to fulfill their Islamic and humanitarian mission.
He said the operation presented the nation with an opportunity to support the Palestinian people on humanitarian, ethical, and national security grounds. Instead, he said, Western states and Zionist forces moved to support the enemy as the shock inflicted on the Israeli occupation became clear.
US involvement, he added, had evolved into full partnership with the occupation through political cover, access to US weapons stockpiles in the region, and comprehensive support for its aggression.
By contrast, Sayyed al-Houthi said the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraqi factions, and the Yemeni support front stood with the Palestinian people, while much of the Arab and Muslim nation responded with abandonment or complicity.
He said Arabs and Muslims had missed a genuine opportunity to support Palestine, despite Al-Aqsa Flood representing a major shift in the broader confrontation with the enemy.
The Yemeni people, Sayyed al-Houthi reaffirmed, "fulfilled their Islamic duty since Al-Aqsa Flood to the fullest extent possible and at all levels," adding that military operations supporting Gaza "were carried out in large numbers and did not stop until the night the ceasefire was announced."
He said Yemen's position "was at the highest level that the Yemeni people could provide," accusing Saudi Arabia of cooperating with the Israeli enemy and intercepting Yemeni operations "even outside its airspace and at sea."
According to Sayyed al-Houthi, coordinates acknowledged by Saudi spy cells corresponded with locations targeted by US and Israeli strikes on Yemen.
He further accused Saudi Arabia of hosting Israeli officers for reconnaissance over Saada, saying US aircraft transported them from Cyprus to Saudi military camps near the Yemeni border.
Saudi Arabia also permitted Israeli reconnaissance over Saada, Hajjah, and Amran, he said, adding that the Israeli officers and their equipment were later returned to Cyprus.
Turning to Yemen's internal situation, Sayyed al-Houthi said the "Saudi enemy" continued targeting the country after de-escalation while tightening the blockade and turning Yemen into a "large prison."
He said Yemen had been deprived of its oil wealth, while around one million employees had gone without salaries and oil and gas revenues were transferred to the Saudi National Bank.
Sayyed al-Houthi said Yemen's health services had reached their "lowest levels" because of the aggression and blockade, which he said had resulted in the deaths of 1.4 million patients.
Sanaa and Saudi Arabia, he added, had reached a "stage of despair," adding that "neither negotiations nor anything else worked."
On the military front, he said the aircraft, weapons, and shipments used in around a quarter of a million raids on Yemen were American and that US support was essential to operating the aircraft.
The bombs used against Yemen were "American, and the Saudi obtained them from the Americans to kill our people and destroy our infrastructure," he said, revealing that Saudi airstrikes and missile attacks since de-escalation had reached 1,642, targeting Yemeni infrastructure over the previous three months.
Sayyed al-Houthi described US-Israeli-Saudi cooperation against Yemen as "clear facts."
Sayyed al-Houthi praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their Resistance factions, saying their unified stance had become one of the defining features of the confrontation.
He said Palestinian resilience had stunned the world despite the occupation receiving the most lethal weapons and extensive support.
The Israeli enemy responded with genocide against the Palestinian Resistance, using devastating weapons against residential areas in Gaza, destroying entire neighborhoods with US bombs, and targeting the conditions necessary for life, including access to water.
He blasted the occupation's use of starvation as a weapon as "a disgraceful spectacle before the world, particularly Muslims," noting that some crimes were broadcast live while "Israel" openly demonstrated its determination to pursue genocide.
On the 39th anniversary of the founding of the Islamic Jihad Movement and the third anniversary of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, Secretary-General Ziad al-Nakhalah commemorated the Palestinian people’s resistance and the sacrifices made across the various fronts.
On Lebanese affairs, Sayyed al-Houthi said "the Israeli enemy, together with the Americans, is working to end the Islamic Resistance front in Lebanon," adding that Saudi Arabia had a major role in the effort.
He said, "the Saudi regime exerts pressure in Lebanese official circles to buy positions and turns everyone against Hezbollah, in one front with the Israeli and American enemies."
He added that "the greatest service to the Israeli enemy in Lebanon is ending the Islamic Resistance that confronts the Zionist plan targeting the entire region."
Sayyed al-Houthi said "the Islamic Republic of Iran is waging a major battle against the Israeli and American enemies," describing Iran as the greatest obstacle to Zionist plans because of its support for Palestine and opposition to the Zionist project.
He said Iran's role in supporting Palestine and confronting Zionist domination benefited the entire nation, highlighting its major sacrifices, including "the leader and Imam of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Martyr Sayyed Ali Khamenei."
On Iraq, Sayyed al-Houthi hailed the US withdrawal as an important lesson and a product of Iraqi resistance. "Otherwise, what would drive the American to leave?!"
"The free and courageous position and the record of jihad in Iraq bore fruit in expelling the American from the country," he said.
